Responsibilities:
- Managing stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning,
- Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff in liaison with the Head of HR
- Conducting appraisals and performance reviews
- Providing or organizing training and development
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
- Responding to customer complaints and comments
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Monitoring what close competitors are doing, initiating changes to improve the business

Qualification :
- B.Sc or OND/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
- 1 year cognate work experience
- Physically and Medically fit
- Must be presentable
