A young man working in the army was constantly humiliated because he believed in God!

One day the captain wanted to humiliate him b4 d troops, he called the young man n said: young man come here, take the key, go and park the jeep in front. The young man replied: 'but you know I Cannot drive'-then d captain said: Ask your assistant God! Show us dat he exists.

The young man took d keys walked towards d vehicle and began to pray. He then drove the jeep and parks it PERFECTLY well as the captain wanted.
    ...

The young man came out of the car and saw all of them crying, and they said altogether -' we want to serve ur God!

The young soldier was astonished n asked what was happening? The Captain still crying opened the hood of the jeep and showed the boy dat the car had no engine.

Then d boy said: "see.... this is the GOD I SERVE, THE GOD OF IMPOSSIBLE, the God who gives life to what does not exist."

U may think there are things still impossible in your life or job/business or family....but I see God fixing that impossibility for you today by the special grace of Almighty GOD,Allah !!!

Budget: House Threatens To Issue Warrant For Arrest Of NAPIMS Boss

    21/11/2012 20:40:00 SAINT MUGAGA, THEWILL
    Font size:

GM NAPIMS, MR. M. A. FIDDI
ABUJA, November 21, (THEWILL) - The House of Representatives committee on petroleum resources (upstream) Wednesday threatened to issue a warrant of arrest for the capture of the Group General Manager of National Petroleum Investment Services, NAPIMS, Mr. M. A. Fiddi over his failure to appear before the committee to defend the budget estimates of the agency for 2013, and to also face appraisal on the performance of the 2012 budget.

Chairman of the committee, Hon Muriana Ajibola who issued the threat said Fiddi has never taken the committee serious, not minding that an invitation letter dated November 13 was duly served on him to defend the NAPIMS 2013 budget.

He also directed the managing directors of Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Total Exploration and Production Nigeria limited, Nigeria AGIP OIL Company limited, and Pan Ocean Oil Corporation to also appear before it to defend the Joint Venture agreement they have with the Federal government through NAPIMS.

The chairman noted that "by this letter as it is been done every year, the NAPIMS management team are suppose to appear before us to give us performance on how they have spent public funds in the production of crude, which we call 'cash calls' in the last one year. This is to enable our committee to look into their proposal for 2013, and approving same once we are satisfied.

"This letter in our usual practice was also written to all the JV partners who of cause ordinarily ought to also submit their independent budget performance for the year 2012 and also be prepared to defend their 2013 budget proposals individually before this committee and same letter of invitation was written to all the JV partners".

The committee directed that if the NAPIMS chief executive fails to comply by Thursday (today), it would not hesitate to issue a warrant of arrest on him.

Oil companies were also warned not to undermine the powers of the parliament by sending representatives to appear before the committee instead of their managing directors.

    Still on the 2013 Budget
October 29, 2012 by Eze Onyekpere - The Punch

The budget proposals of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources appear to be an exercise in creating deliberate confusion. The implementation of the Petroleum Industry Bill is to cost N520.5m, a bill which has yet to be passed by the National Assembly. Interestingly, the sum of N17m was approved for this activity in 2012. There is a sum of N254.7m for the renovation of 7, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State in the vote of the Nigeria Nuclear Regulatory Authority and the same sum is also proposed for the same address by the Department of Petroleum Resources. Further, the same amount is proposed for the same address and activity in the proposal of the Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board. The DPR, NNRC and the NCDMB have the following other duplications in their proposals: Real Time Monitoring of Gas Facilities, Production and Operations for N150m; and Construction of National Laboratory in Owerri for N300m. Further duplications include Construction/Provision of Office Buildings for DPR HQTRS, Abuja for N500m; Implementation of Trucking Policy for N150m; Gas Flaredown Monitoring Facilities and Services for N100m and Instrument for Gas Pipeline Surveillance (Real Time) for N100m. The three agencies further have the following in their proposals namely Lease of three number seven-seater helicopter for Inspection and Monitoring of Offshore Terminals (FPSO/FSO) for N200m; Monitoring and Evaluation for N50m; Pilot Project on Novel Oil and Gas Exploration Technology for N365.289m. The poser that arises in all these is clear; Are the three agencies supposed to be doing exactly the same set of things? If the answer is in the affirmative, then the National Assembly’s approval should be for only one agency and this will suffice.

The defence took place in room 421 and was concentrated on JV partners (Shell, ExxonMobil etc) and although dpr reps were present, the committee did not take on them today. I guess theirs will be tomorrow or next week

Oh Allah!"You cause the night to enter the day, and You cause the day to enter the night; and You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give provision to whom You will without account."
Give life to this recruitment and let employment letters be issued to us before the end of the year 2012.
