bro, what i honestly think was considered thoroughly was the questionnaire we were asked to fill. Especially the one they asked about why you want to work 4 them, and most importantly the challenges for the drink industry..thorough research was expected of the applicants. I confirmed this from a friend that i know wrote the test well, but didnt really answer those questions indepthly..

Another issue could be the position applied for, most ppl applied for supply and i think (think!) the number was overwhelming. The safest bet as i see it was the procurement position..This last point anyway is just what i think anyways!

God provides options that hushes the mouth of the other position, so be firm!

I applied for the Graduate Procurement position...got the invitation for interview....

I am tempted to agree with you. I have a strong feeling that they'll still contact those not yet contacted. Since they contacted those they felt they would not progress to the next stage, it'll really be awkward if they finally contact some who they think they can progress to the next stage and then just ignore the remaining people. This is my thinking though. Correct me if I am right. Lol

henry, i noticed that most engineers were nt invited, then i remembered my fellow who is an engr. he was bounced with d reason dat hes applictn is not successful cos he does not meet d requirement of course of study\

I studied EE and i applied for d Graduate Supply position,but yet to be invited. Papa God no dey sleep oh..

It went well. No it was a one on one experience. Am based in Lagos and I had it at Guiness located in Ikeja. The lady was really pleasant. Just brush up on your CV and be calm. and be prepared to tell her why you are applying for the position and why Diageo. I think they are inviting procuremtn and HR for this week cant be too sure though. Your invite will come. takia!

Had mine on thursday...Applied for the procurement position..Very very friendly lady. Just asked reasonable and usual interview questions. So for those that are yet to get the invite, just be focused and listen well so as to answer correctly and calmly. Behavioral inquisitions and your ability to sell yourself!

Although i must say i feel they really shortlisted down to a limited no of people, as people werent that much on my day. Perhaps i could be wrong anyways, but that was my observation on that day!

There would be a next stage - Assessment Center. notifications should come in for those that have done the interview in one weeks time for the successful peeps.

Goodluck all, and remain optimistic!

has anyone who applied for Graduate supply chain been invited? so far, No one seems to have been invited for this position because i am of the view they are calling based on position you applied for.
I and my friends applied for the Graduate supply and non of us has received invitation.
