Hi Kevin, here in Nigeria some mates have been made an offer.Though dey said the coy still require dem to pass thru the interview with the director. Out of curiosity, what was the interview with the director like? what sort of questions were discussed?]You dont need to worry. Am optimistic you would be made an offer.Any ideas how the Early career programme is like? Heard the would be an induction but dont know how long it will last. after induction wat next?How are you preparing for Xmas down there> Cheers.

@kevin, I tink all the functions that were advertised have been made an offer.

Anyone for sales made it through d assessment centre? Most of us didn't but some of us, including me, were made other offers in guinness nigeria.

As far as i am concerned, dos pple that had dre medicals last week are awaitn call for resumption and inductions. Guinness has a long list of pple on waiting..so dont loose hope, yu may be called one day..but my advice for yu is to update ur cv on diageo website.

get this right...i wasn't 'successful' at d ac, didn't apply for any other role but got offered a role not related to d pan african graduate programme.

@north pole,the interview wit director was about 30 mins,ther were 3 other managers in the panel,they asked competency based qstns ,some qstns from cv,etc,i really don know much about the early career programme,all i know is that this was the last stage and next is an offer then medical for those guyz who will be pickedso have u personally got an offer and for which role?

@ northpole,my xmas will most likely be spent with family ,though we havent prepared much yet,i hope ill be celebrating it with a diageo job
