A Top Engineering and Construction Company with emphasis on details and quality is seeking the employment of a highly qualified Quantity surveyor with 6-7years vast experience.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Manage and control cost of construction in the company through Valuation, Cost Planning and Cost Benefit Analysis.
• Prepare building estimates and pre-qualification documents
• To assist in the daily commercial and contractual aspects of the contracts managed by the operational team.
• The successful Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on large construction schemes(Highways and Bridges).
• Have previous experience in preparing contract cost reports and forecasts.
• Be fully conversant with reviewing contract obligations and requirements for post contract implementation.
• Be familiar with all post contract administration techniques and requirements.
• Prepare Pre-qualification documents and Build estimates
• Valuing completed workand arranging payments;.

Qualifications

• Bsc/HND Quantity Surveying.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies will be and added advantage.
• Applicants should possess a minimum of 5years experience in similar position.
