Hmn! Dats 8years now. Simeon, it depends on wat U want. If U luv teaching, go ahead wit d PGD programme in Education. If U luv ur Engineering discipline, I'll advice U 2go 4 professional qualifications in Engineering field, and always apply 4experienced jobs. God does all things. One day, it will click. NOTE: Do not leave ur teaching job, until U get a beta one.

    Re: CAREER ADVICE

i would advise you to do the PGD in education to enable you sustain your teaching job while searching for greener pastures in engineering. The truth is that one can no longer teach in a good school without teaching qualification(s). Nobody wants to teach for a living, when the desirable is not available, then the available becomes the desirable. keep teaching with full commitment while searching for a better job. Don't forget to enhance your chances of getting better engineering job while teaching. Life goes on.
