Responsibilities

To participate in the keeping of records and logs as instructed/requested by site management To manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client/designer and by working with the site construction team and assist in the construction of the proposed development To take an interest in and assist in all aspects of the project including but not limited to Health, Safety and Environmental issues To play a lead role in the maintenance of clients' structures

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc. in Building Engineering/Technology, Architecture or Civil Engineering only with a minimum of second class lower division Experience in working on building projects Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative Must be a passionate builder. We have positions for Full Time, Contract and Intern. Indicate your discipline as the post heading.
