@ echeji. tanx. but i just went over the original advert again and they said it should be from the applicant community or clan and the person should be either (i) house of assembly member (ii) first class traditional ruler (iii) local govt chairman etc. but my problem is: is leta of recommendation thesame as leta of gud conduct.
@Flexy,I gave u an info outa experience. Moreover ur goin 4 d interview isn't a guarantee dt u'v gt d scholarship. Jst pray God it wrks 4 ur GƠ̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴̴͡D . Furthermore, Imo state cut off is 30. So if u'r frm Imo n U below dt, simply try again nxt year. The cut off is by state performance. I guess this solves the problm 4 Imolites as criteria is based on merit, 2ndly via IM.
