Pls can I scan the photocopy of my call-up? I would be rounding off my service by June (next year) but did not scan my call-up before I submitted?

Hello All, I was shortlisted for the PTDF OSS test on the 7th of December, 2013, my chosen Msc is Basin Evolution and Dynamics(Geology). Kindly advise me on what to expect and send materials if possible.
