Job Objectives
  • To ensure the provision of consistent and qualitative customer service to the customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for direct and indirect sales while ensuring sales targets contribute to the overall company’s revenue targets per period.
  • Process payment and maintain periodic inventory counts for the Retail and Sales Manager.
  • Maintain proper records of customers’ transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customers’ complaints promptly on sales or other related transactions.
  • Communicate with Delivery to ensure distribution and deliveries of orders as requested by customers are always on time, at the customers’ convenience and at their expected quality, quantity and value.
  • Support, participate and promote hygiene assurance and awareness.
  • Assist in product selection for display.
  • Offers advice on products
  • Stock, replenish and keep sales and display areas clean.
  • Promote the company brand and endeavour to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Retail and Sales Manager.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the company’s value, purpose and products/services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, its customers and the current trends.
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic goals of the company and convert strategy into action on the field.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A first degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
  • A minimum of two(2) years cognate experience.
