Job Position: Recruitment Manager
Job Description:
- design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organisation
- design the selection matrix for choosing optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate practices in the organisation
- build quality relationship with external recruitment agencies
- conduct job interviews for all positions withing the organisation
- manage team recruiters
- other human resources functions maybe assigned
Qualification:
- HND/B.Sc Degree in human resources management, Industrial relations or any other social sciences
- membership of human resources management professional bodies such as CIPMIN, CIPD, NIM etc.
- age between 30- 45 years
- personal credibility
- mastery of human resources management
- operational excellence
