Job Position: Officer, Human Resources
Job Description:
  • Manage the human resources information system
  • manage and update HR portal
  • manages staff compensation and benefits entitlements administration process
  • assist in implementing policies
  • ensure all staff payments are remitted to relevant regulatory bodies
  • management of staff records

qualification:
  • 1st degree in social sciences or any relevant field
  • 3 years experience
  • working knowledge of HR management software
  • good knowledge of Nigerian labor and employment legislation excellent communication skills
  • strong negotiations skills and employee relation experience

Job description:
  • carry out planned assignment in line with internal auditing standards
  • assist in performing financial operational and compliance audits
  • conduct pre- payment audit checks
  • effectively track and manage the closure of all audit issues
  • undertake investigations and report on findings required
  • innovative use of available resources to achieve set target

Qualification:
  • 1st degree in accounting or any financial related discipline
  • professional qualification preferable ACIB, CIMA, CISA, CFA, ICAN, ACCA
  • 3 years experience in a related field
  • high level of professionalism integrity and ethical values
  • excellent decision making and problem solving skills


Job position: Officer, financial control
job description:
  • compile and analyse financial information to prepare entire to accounts
  • ensure correctness in booking transactions and coding
  • manage the authority's fixed assets schedule in line with standards
  • support monthly management accounts statements of comprehensive income and financial position preparation
  • prepare monthly accruals, payments and depreciation calculation
  • assist in yearly budget preparation
  • support year end analysis preparation of financial statements
  • execution of treasury activities including bank accounts managements
  • remittance of all statutory deductions to relevant bodies (pension withholding tax payment PAYE etc)

Qualification:
  • 1st degree in accounting or any financial related discipline
