Job Specification & Experience
• Managing the sourcing of external legal services;
• Managing the Authority's relationships with external providers of legal services on an ongoing basis;
• Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders;
• Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action;
• Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and statutory requirements.
• Minimum of 6 years experience
• Brief experience as a company secretary is required
• Experience working in a legal firm is required

FINANCIAL ANALYST (FA 10)
Job Specification & Experience
• Gathering and analyzing financial information from the organization and her subsidiaries
• Assessing the economic performance of subsidiaries and giving a detailed analysis of investments.
• Reviewing new policies and regulations and projecting the effect that the same could have on the investments
• Analyzing prevailing trend in financial services, business practices and competition as relates to the business of the subsidiaries
• Conduct a general financial analysis of the finance reports obtained from various departments
• Minimum of 6 years industry or relevant experience

BRANCH MANAGERS (BOM I0)
Location: (PH & Warri)
Job Specification Be Experience
• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with intermediaries usually insurance brokers or financial advisers.
• Identify and develop new business in line with branch objectives and set targets
• General management of the office including budget management and report writing.
• Minimum of 8 years industry or relevant experience
• Marketing experience in the eastern part of the country required

ACCOUNTANT (ACC 1 0)
Job Specification & Experience
• Compile budgetary recommendations from each department and prepare an operational budget
• Monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds
• Develop complex financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis
• Review invoices and statements and approve payments
• Supervise maintenance of conduct checks on accounting records and documents to ensure accuracy and adequacy of information

MARKETING EXECUTIVES (MRK 1O)

• Client Sourcing: develop new client and maintain existing relationships sales calls, correspondence, etc
• Identify Client's Specific Requirements
• Send approved quotes\proposal and oversees invoices to clients
• Raising Memos relevant to client provisioning\c1ient requests
• Build and maintain a detailed accurate, up- to-date customer client knowledge base
