· Professional qualifications –CIPM, CIPD etc an advantage
· M.Sc/MBA an added advantage.











· Minimum of 8years cognate experience in HR.
· Understanding of relevant labour law
· Must be between 40 -45years of age.
· Ability to start a new department from scratch
