A financial institution located in Lagos and other major cities of the country urgently needs the service of a Call Center Officer

Job Title: Call-Centre Officer

Location: Lagos

Required Experience: Minimum of 1-3years

Minimum Qualification: HND/BSc.

Responsibilities: Calling & Treasury Operations

  1. Plan, develop & implement strategy for the Call-Centre Management Function.
  2. Manage & optimize customer information on a Customer Relationship Mgt. software
  3. Identify and implement processes to improve and ensure accuracy of customer data
  4. Managing the Call-Centre telephone lines.
  5. Ability to carry out treasury operations services.
  6. Ensure key customer memorable events are promptly acknowledged.
  7. Support Management to achieve business objectives.
  8. Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages, while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
  9. Function as the receiver of official documents and important mail addressed to the office.
  10. Ensure general organization and general tidiness of the office.
  11. Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents.
  12. Perform primary contact and establish rapport with clients, visitors and people going in and out of the office on a daily basis.
  13. Follow-up on Leads and prospects lists already compiled


Qualification:

  1. Minimum of HND/BSc in Mass Communication or other related fields from a reputable institution.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
  3. Must have good oral and written communication skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  5. Business savvy and ability to integrate.
  6. Must have a winning personality and be honest.
  7. Ability to use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Word & Excel


Personal Attributes:

  1. Be 26 to 30 years old.
  2. Ability to multi-task.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  4. Possess high level of proven integrity.
