    Urgent: Guest House General Manager

    1. Job Title: Guest House General Manager
    Reports to: Group Executive Chairman

    Job Summary
    Reporting to the Group Executive Chairman, the fit and proper person shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel and its staff.
    He/She will have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all Guest house services, including front office (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations and housekeeping.
    While taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, He/She must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests’ needs and expectations. Business and people management are equally important elements.

    Typical Work Activities


    1. Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
    2. Promoting and marketing the business;
    3. Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
    4. Maintaining statistical and financial records, setting and achieving sales and profit targets; analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
    5. Training and monitoring staff.
    6. Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
    7. Meeting and greeting customers.
    8. Dealing with customer complaints and comments.
    9. Addressing problems and troubleshooting ;ensuring events and conferences run smoothly.
    10. Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
    11. Ensuring security is effective.
    12. Carrying out inspections of property and services


    Requirements
    Candidates must have extensive hotel management experience and 3-5 years relevant cognate experience in a similar role .
    He/She must have an impressive corporate personality with strong management skills and a keen eye for details.

    House beware of PUKKA LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT SERVICES LTD LOCATED IN IKEJA.

    Please my people,beware of pukka logistics and support services ltd located in oluwatobi house Allen Avenue in Ikeja,they are nothing but scam.My friend went there and they cajole her to pay 1k,which they claim that its registration fee,that they will definitely call her which she did and up till today they never called her.

    My Question is why will you post more vacancies when you already have people registered with you waiting just a call from you.May God punish all the people exploiting our youth.
