Smartgov.CRSG Limited, a joint venture company of Cross River State Government and Interswitch responsible for the development, design, deployment, management and operations of a state-wide identity management and e-payment backbone infrastructure for the state is looking for forward thinking professionals to fill the following positions:
UNIT HEAD, OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT REF:003
ROLE
Successful candidate will be responsible for championing the company’s field operations; coordinating activities across several enrolment centres, driving initiatives to support citizen’s mobilisation and sensitisation, managing multi-tier customer support centre and provide operational logistics support to customers, partners and other field agents
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the enrolment and mobilisation of citizens of Cross River State
- Coordinate and manage relationships with MDAs and Smartgov.CRSG partners
- Establish, control and monitor registration of smart card guidelines and process
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in social sciences or any other related field of study from anaccredited university
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years post NYSC experience in operations/customer support industry
- Sound key account management knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to serve in a spokesperson capacity
