@bander,one of d men dat accreditd us kept us in a room and was askn us if we expectd dat we are 2 do presentations? Ppl dia said no. He startd lafn. He said perhaps we were expectn tins lyk; who is d ubn ceo,wat is ur name? Wats ur strenght,bla bla bla. He told us dat they use assesment centre to knw who they select. That ppl hv bn makn negative remarks abt ubn sayn dat its only old ppl dat work dia. Bt nw they want to recruit young ppl that wil help change tins.
