Guys jz prepare urselves for presentation and not interview cos from wat i heard from those who have done theirs, it was presentation both group and individual. I think they were given a material about fast food biz and were asked to analyse the business and financial records and give sum recommendations. I think watn they wud be lookin out for is ur confidence among other things

for all that are still waiting for their invite am very sure dey will call you if u score above 40 cos dat was d least score i saw today out of like 40 pple dat came for assessment................its a continous process and its in batches............its just an assessment centre(case study with individual presentation and case study with group discussion) shikena

I wrote in lagos @ ilupeju bt there was a guy in my group dat came from PH and his score is not even up to 45...so relax evrybody will get invite if u meet up 2 d mark (wich I tink is 40 base on d minimum score I saw yesterday)

goodluck to you guys. Union bank is really very slow even in their recruitment process. It seems it is according to dates cos i wrote on the last day and scored above required cut-off... God help us
