no that is not the confirmation mail for application. It is the first one. After registering, the will send you that mail containing your ID and password. If you apply, they will send you another one confirming your successful application. If you didn't see it immediately, log in back, and click on my applications, if the application is there, don't bother, they will send you the confirmation later. If it is not there, reapply

in summary, they will send you two mails

there is no need, just be patient. They will send you a mail titled 'confirmation of bank grad application'
