Abeg,i need help o....i jux got an invite for the UBA test now for 17th sept. And i dnt knw maths dat much.can any1 who has done d test of late tell me wat 2 expect...i mean d anonyms & synomys dey gave...maybe i can check 4 dia meaning b4 goin 4 d test.abeg make una hlp me o.cos am beginin 2 loose faith in myself after failing 2 previous tests.

Dino80, "anonyms and synomys" are not aspects of maths na. I think they should be related to verbal reasoning questions. If antonyms and synonyms are ur headaches then fear no more for they are simple words which we all use in our daily conversatns. Such as "privilege", "honest" etc.

@Dino88, Don't b scared, jst relax, study hard and God'll c U thru. Don't get depressed cos u've failed oda tests b4. This mite b a breakthru 4u. Don't lose hope, have faith. It is well.

I knw antonyms and synonyms aint maths...i jux want 2 be sure of knwin virtually all dat will be comin out in verbal so dat it l make up 4 d quantitative dat i dnt know...so any big grammar shld be posted ooo....@A8706,av sent u a pm.

I wil advice u forget abt d antonyms and synonyms and focus mor on improving ur maths. Just brush up on ratios, percentages, fractions and algebra. I can assure u dat u wil def scale through if u heed my advice. And also be fast whl takin d test. Note, u can only be fast if u hav done lots of practice. Study ur GMAT and elementary maths. Success.
