A training consulting firm in Lagos wishes to fill the following the positions

Head of Operations.
An end to end operational role with over sight and supervisory functions in HR, travel logistics, facility maintenance, supply chain management, admin and security.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following

· Manage all HR functions
· Supervise all activities relating to facility maintenance
· Involvement in programme planning
· Contribute to product refinement and delivery

Knowledge and Skills required

· Excellent written, spoken and research ability in English

· Excellent leadership and negotiation skills

Education and/or experience

Minimum of a master’s degree in business, finance, management or other related degree with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in a role related to Operations Management.


2.) Business Unit Manager. Responsible for managing a business unit to successfully achieve Onboarding Impact’s business objectives and success measurements. Will partner with senior management to define strategic direction and business unit specific objectives.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following
· To constantly review our current market position and determine the next levels for the organization.
· Continually monitor and develop departmental / operational performance
· Maintain favourable relationships and contracts with current and potential customers.
· Identifying opportunities for additional schemes, extension of existing schemes or additional services.
· Ensuring goals and targets are met
· Driving operational strategies
· To design and implement various marketing tools for continuous positioning of the company
· To drive market research that will lead to cutting edge product design and development

Education and/or experience
A minimum of a strong bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five (5) years experience in a similar role

3.) Executive Assistant to work closely with the Principal Consultant to assist in daily business including administrative support and/or personal tasks, usually on a one-to-one basis.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following

· Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Principal Consultant is well prepared for meetings
· Performing other clerical duties as needed, such as taking phone messages filing, photocopying and collating documents.
· Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
· Arranging travel and accommodation, travelling with the Principal Consultant to provide general, professional or personal assistance
· Independent travel as determined by the Principal Consultant
· Handling several other tasks as delegated by the Principal Consultant
· Running official and personal errands as they pertain to the Principal Consultant

Knowledge and skills required

· Good diction and strong verbal and oral skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
· Clear handwriting
· Computer skills
· Excellent written, spoken and research ability in English
· Discretion and confidentiality

Education and/or experience
Must possess a good first degree from a recognized higher institution with a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role

4. Executive Officer Communications. To create, implement and oversee communications and marketing programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products both internally and externally to a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to employees, shareholders, media, influential members of the business community, the press, the community and the public. Duties will include quality control and technical / IT support.




Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following

· Proofreading and editing of documents before distribution
· Delivering internal communications within assigned deadlines.
· Creating and implementing marketing strategies.
· Managing and working with internal and external business partners and vendors
· Updating the organization’s website, blog, and assisting with technological enhancements.
· Maintaining and developing the organization’s database of industry contacts, associations and consultants.
· Developing and maintaining an online (facebook, twitter, etc.) presence for the company using the latest communication gadgets and tools.
· Creating and applying various marketing management and public relations techniques in order to generate revenue.
· Assisting in planning, designing and coordinating the PR and communication campaigns for the organization’s trainings, conferences, workshops, retreats and seminars.
· Liaising with the organization’s PR agency to ensure the implementation of the client’s branding and communications strategy
· Keeping staff and clients up to date with company news
· Editing and organizing the production of documents
· Composing, designing and producing publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures
· Providing support to colleagues on all PR related activities.

Knowledge and Skills required

· Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with a diverse audience
· Strong interpersonal skill
· Good knowledge of media tools
· Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

Education and/or experience
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, English Language, Journalism, Social Sciences or other related degree with a minimum of five (5) years work experience in communications and information management, journalism/publishing or PR in a corporate environment. A post first degree qualification is an advantage.
