i am very very sure. i am now with Total, i started on this july, my recruitment started january this year, though it was through internal recommendation. so whatever info i give here is correct....

to be sincere , i dont know when exactly they will start sending emails, what i do know is that shortlisted cand. names had been sent to the dept they applied to. as for my internal recommendation, i have come to understand in nigeria alot of of positions are available, but most times they dont advertise it, its normally through personal recommendation. the head of that dept, might have a sister or brother or cousin or inlaw looking for a job, instead they rather recommend someone they know. in my case i was recommended by five people, so i went through the interview process and here i am today. am not saying that people dont get jobs if u dont know anyone , what am saying is that in this country, alot happens. NETWORKING THAT IS IT. GOOD LUCK ALL
