BRIEF DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES | - Manage and resolve consumables stock and customer issues in HOT.
- Co-ordinate the activities in HOT and ensure issues are resolved and reported appropriately.
- Ensure accurate documentation of makeup sessions and sales.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation and filing of all HOT transactions and other requisite information; escalate issues where necessary.
- Ensure the HOT studio is kept clean, conducive and customer-friendly at all times
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.
- Ensure appropriate customer billings, collection and revenue remittance.
- Execute plans as approved and perform other duties as assigned by the Studio Manager.
