BRIEF DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and resolve consumables stock and customer issues in HOT.
Co-ordinate the activities in HOT and ensure issues are resolved and reported appropriately.
Ensure accurate documentation of makeup sessions and sales.
Ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation and filing of all HOT transactions and other requisite information; escalate issues where necessary.
Ensure the HOT studio is kept clean, conducive and customer-friendly at all times
Assist in ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.
Ensure appropriate customer billings, collection and revenue remittance.
Execute plans as approved and perform other duties as assigned by the Studio Manager.
