Our Client, a Lagos-based a Luxury Brand Company requires the services of the following smart, intelligent individuals to fill their Lagos and Abuja branch vacancies.
STOCK KEEPER - 2 VACANCIES
Overall Objective: Overall responsibility for stock i.e. products to ensure accurate stock keeping and safety of the products at all times.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
- Receive and count stock items and record data manually and with the computer.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shipments and goods transferred between boutiques.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects, reporting any damage to line manager.
- Keep records on the use and or damage of stock or stock handling equipment and recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock
- Ensure that there are adequate stock levels of receipts, invoice booklets, shopping bags and other such requirements for boutiques
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools or other labeling equipment.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Submit monthly report on fast-selling and slow-moving items.
- Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities
Experience: Minimum 4 years , stock keeping accounting experience with additional responsibility for sales and marketing. Luxury brand experience is added advantage.
