Job Description:
An opening exists within our client’s organization for a Siebel Business Analyst/Project Manager.The successful candidate will be actively involved in analyzing and evaluating systems, processes, and user needs and to recommend solutions in line with the business requirements and IT infrastructure.
Job Function:

  • Requirement analysis, evaluating the possibilities to deliver and delivering the requirements by working in agile methodology with business, design, development and testing teams.
  • Facilitating requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements using best practice methods and tools.
  • Analyzing business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into effective systems requirement specifications.
  • Managing projects associated within the Siebel environment.
  • Responsible for issue management and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Siebel as an advanced user including data administration functions.
  • Experience in the implementation of Siebel CRM.
  • Experience in creating test scenarios and organising and carrying out UAT.
  • Experience in Project Administration and Project Management.
