Overall Job Function
The successful sales representatives will create brand visibility for a foremost Luxury award winning Footwear brand.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Answer customers’ queries and concerns, deals with customer complaints
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services.
  • Explains the use and advantage of brand to customers


Required competence

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices •
  • Proficiency in English, terrain knowledge
  • Have Enthusiasm and Passion for helping customers
  • Ability to create an inspiring environment for customers
  • O.N.D/H.N.D & B.Sc from a reputable tertiary institution
