The successful sales representatives will create brand visibility for a foremost Luxury award winning Footwear brand.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Answer customers’ queries and concerns, deals with customer complaints
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services.
- Explains the use and advantage of brand to customers
Required competence
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices •
- Proficiency in English, terrain knowledge
- Have Enthusiasm and Passion for helping customers
- Ability to create an inspiring environment for customers
- O.N.D/H.N.D & B.Sc from a reputable tertiary institution
