Proposal Development Executive

Main purpose of job
The ValueFronteira Proposal Development Executive is responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to the customer, including writing and coordination for proposal efforts, monitoring potential business development (RFP) opportunities.

Main responsibilities
• Translate robust business ideas generated in-house in ValueFronteira Limited into marketable proposals.
• Monitor various sources - websites, newspapers, journals etc - for requests for expressions of interest, tenders and proposal, adverts and package wining proposals in response to them.
• Package relevant presentations that will effectively sell business ideas that are promoted by ValueFronteira limited to target customers.


Skills and Specifications
• Independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP is a must.
• Demonstration of the necessary personality and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.
• Strong knowledge of business statistics and business research methods.
• Exceptional facilitation and organization skills are required.

Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or possession of strong research reporting and publishing flair.
• Experience producing proposals both in isolation and as part of a team
• Minimum of 2 years experience writing proposals
