A leading company in the technical training and engineering consulting industry requires suitably, qualified and experienced persons for the position of:

1 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (REF No: BDE-1)

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement marketing & sales strategies
• Identify and prospect new clients for the business
• Manage and improve on existing client relationships
• Evaluate marketing campaigns

Age: Between 25 - 35 years

Qualification/Experience:
• Should be a B. Sc./HND graduate of Electrical/Electronics, Production Engineering, Humanities or related field with a minimum of second class degree/Upper Credit
• Must have worked for a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing, oil & gas Or Engineering services industry
• Should not have less than 2 years business development experience
• Should have strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to work with minimum supervision
• Have a flair for marketing Training programmes
• Good personality and goal driven
• Ability to facilitate in Engineering & manufacturing training programmes will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.


2 INSTRUMENTS INSTRUCTORS (REF NO: II-2):

Job Responsibilities:
• To design appropriate courses for the trainees
• To develop and conduct theoretical and Hands-on Practical Skills & competency based Instrumentation & control training programs for Maintenance personnel.
• Prepare all course teaching materials, and visual aids.
• To conduct instrument and control training programs for Maintenance production/Operation personnel and others requiring a basic Presentation on the plants operational control features.
• Conduct competency assessment process for Instrumentation & control maintenance and including Assessor training.

Skills Required:
• 6 -10 years Comprehensive experience with the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of a wide range of Oil & gas instrumentation and plant control systems, preferably working in a multi-national environment.
• 3-5 years experience in developing & executing Oil & Gas Instrumentation & control System training courses
• Should be able to guide in developing training material
• Effectively communicate in the subject matter.
• Employee must be physically fit and capable of carrying out In-Plant Training on clients facilities.
• Be capable of working with different cultures and developing good working relationships with the team.
• Needs to have a flexible attitude to all work activities, and be prepared to accept work schedule changes if necessary, and to work unsocial hours to get the Job done.
• B Sc. /B Eng. Or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or related courses.
• Good inter-personal skills, a good communicator, a
• Good listener and receptive to learning new skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft and other related software and applications
