I will like u Guys to educate me on what a contract job entails...pls wen someone signs a contract job will u be able to leave d job months after signing? In situation whereby a better offer was made elsewhere? Will there be any implication for breaking such contract? Ur sincere comments will be appreciated.thank u

A contract job may be fulltime or part time but not a permanent/full staff position. A contract job comes with terms and condition that indicates the duration of your service/job which may be renewable, terminated or converted to permanent staff based on certain criteria or conditions or performance.

Read through the contract wordings properly or get someone who can assist in interpreting very well before making your decision.
