Computer Skills:
1) Ability to use a computer is
required. Passable typing skills ( at least 27
wpm).
2) Knowledge of Microsoft Office
package.

Additional Job specific requirements
1. Basic understanding and knowledge of
GSM market and Telecoms products and
services
2. It is required that each agent be
bilingual with fluent spoken English
language and at least one major Nigerian
language in addition. Additional language
can be one of Yoruba, Hausa, Ibo and
Pidgin. The minority languages might come
in useful depending on the showroom
location
