PRIME BARCODE NIGERIA is a product barcode organization. We
are a standard-based organization that help companies implement the global
supply chain standards. We have been helping companies adhere to supply chain
standards, from the moment you barcode your first product, we’re here to guide
you through creating, formatting and managing your barcodes.
We also engage in MASS MARKETING, ONLINE MARKETING, WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT.

We are seeking an Operation Manager to support the growth of our New Lagos
infrastructure operation located at our reporting site in Lagos Mainland. Individual
should have demonstrated operational and/or business
development experience for public/private sector lines. Selected individual
should possess demonstrated operational management expertise, with a
focus on both public/private sector business lines, and have established relationships with
major clients. The primary responsibilities for this role
will include:







  • Originating the strategic vision and investment in coordination with



regional and divisional managers




  • Developing New business plan and growth



strategy in coordination with the regional and divisional managers

• Managing the Profit/Loss performance of projects in
accordance with established metrics

• Maintaining community presence and visibility through
membership and participation in various professional, civic and business
organizations as well as other appropriate means

• General business development and marketing focus,while ensuring client
care and feedback to maintain high quality performance of the office



  • • Over sight of the negotiation of project contracts at the local level



• Participates in resource planning and recruiting processes
• Uses technical and economic developments to grow services; actively manages and shares this knowledge
• Identify opportunities to grow, diversify and differentiate Company’s unique project offerings
• Takes ownership for project success: delivery of target quality, cost management and customer satisfaction and safety.
• Pro actively uses Company’s tools and methodologies to drive productivity and growth
• Effectively communicates (verbal and written) expertise to peers and clients, and facilitates communications across
multi-party activities; helps others develop these skills


REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE





This position requires a minimum 5
years progressive experience in the management consulting arena or public/private
sector market with a minimum 10 years in a management or leadership
role. A BSc or MSc degree related to the markets industries is
beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading IT
experts, Marketing agents, Field staff, as well as managing a diverse staff
to achieve corporate objectives, including safety, quality, sales,
productivity and client satisfaction. This leader must be able to
demonstrate strong community involvement to include public speaking
representing company services. The ideal candidate possesses leadership
qualities and is respected within the consulting community.
