The organization is a construction firm headquartered in lagos. Emmonson & Associate is an engineering firm into-civil/structural, building, jetting construction, piling, marine engineering, architectural designs. With branches in Port Harcourt, Uyo, Oron, Warri and Benin.
The organization is in need of an experienced Account Manager. The responsibilities of the ideal candidate are as follows:




  • Manage all inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues
    appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous
    improvement across all areas including product
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer
    success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal



Required Skills and Experience



  • 3+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS organization
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously at various stages of the onboarding process
  • Ability to triage customer issues and coordinate with other departments towards resolution
  • Takes an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Proficient at differentiating products particularly with respect to other competitive offerings
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
