Job Description
• This position will require a candidate to demonstrate finance leverage experience and capital market exposure.
• The candidate must also possess significant experience of corporate finance and financial markets.
• Ideally this will be from a corporate treasury environment with a specific focus on financial modeling, liaising with ratings agencies/relationship banks, preparing reports and debt/funding documentation, and advising on capital management activities,
Requirements
• Ability to perform complex financial modeling and analysis,
• Proven track record of deal closures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in database management and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of budge ling and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
• Knowledge of overall business strategy and operations including business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures, profitability and return on investment modeling and general economic modelling,

Position: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, TAX AUDIT

This position will require a candidate to build and expand firm's portfolio of Corporate and Tax Business clients.
Job Description
• Perform field audits of the financial records of taxpayers to verify that businesses and individuals are in compliance with the tax laws, regulations, and rules of tile Nigerian Tax laws.
• Independently conduct and complete audit work in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Procedures;
• Compile spreadsheet, audit notes, and analyses which meet established standard policy requirements and procedures
• Observes, compares, and reviews financial records of businesses to determine compliance with the Nigerian Tax Laws,
• Organize detailed financial data (i.e., summarizes total gross revenue and deductions by classification, and identifies and segregates exceptions to full compliance with the tax code using samples of source document).
• Writes audit findings and conclusions summaries considering condition, cause and effect;
• Educate clients' in computing and reporting taxes due by explaining legal requirements, rules, regulations, procedures, and ordinances of the Nigerian Tax law and other agencies involved;
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Qualification
