@dejive: What I think they're saying is that they provide on the job training which the employee has to pay for on his/her own. Registering for training is not a prequisite to getting the job, but the applicant must have a willingness to learning and training.

Just reached the vanue for the 8am schedule. They just collected the our credentials as requested. We are for now about 22 in number though it seems more are coming. The venue looks like a lecture room. Guys are just gisting, nothing serious is happening for now. Fingers crossed. Will keep u guys posted as it unfolds.
