This is surely a 419 advert. i visited the site skiilednigerians.com and these are my observations

1.under normal circumstances the companies that support the programme you should be able to click on their logos that will direct you to there site. This is not applicable on this site

2. The menus have no link to any particular page.

3. The only thing you can do on the site home page is the email and phone number entry which to be looks suspicious as if this is the only info they need from you

I will not go for this type of advert. To me they only want to get your email and phone number.

Again how does this organisation has offices in the 36 states of the federation when they dont have 'pioneer staff'. How possible is that. How is this possible. Who are the staff managing the 36 offices.

Why are the logos of the 'NGOs', 'Donor 'Agencies' and the so called 'Employment Directorate' not on your site?
