office manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support
to the organization and communicate with other offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities






  • Setting up meetings for the CEO, CFO, CTO and other office personnel
  • Purchase and monitor office equipment and supplies when needed
  • Setting up and sustain contracts with utility, Internet, and communication vendors
  • Set up and maintain communications with all company executives and world wide
  • Order and organize food and catering for office activities
  • Assistance in billing and record keeping
  • Assistance in processing expense reports, match receipts and process accordingly
  • Issue payments for vendors, utility bills and employees expenses



Desired Skills and Experience



  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors’ degree with at least one year experience working in an administrative position
  • Prior administration experience in a global high-tech company
  • Attention to details, thorough and smart looking
  • Excellent computer skills and highly proficient with MS Office
  • Good use of initiative
