Job Description
Our client seeks to recruit highly qualified and competent professionals to fill this vacancy arising from restructuring and expansion of the company’s operations

Position Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for overseeing and directing sales operation for the Unit Company

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of set sales target
Developing and implementing sales process, procedures and policies
Reviewing market analysis
Identifying and developing areas of strategic sales growth
Carrying out continuous market intelligence
Developing and executing marketing programme for the profitable volume growth
Developing and reviewing distribution strategy

Qualifications and Experience
1st Degree qualification in a related field from a reputable institution.
Masters degree is essential
Minimum of 10 years experience in an executive capacity within a large organization
Professional qualification/membership of a recognized body
Must have headed sales department of an FMCG company with national operation experience for at least 2 years
