Client Profile:
Our client is a trading company that represents international Tobacco and confessionary companies in Nigeria. She deals in wide range of Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) having vivid market presences in major cities in Nigeria. Currently they are in the process of expansion and would require an experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for the operations of its Lagos region.

Available Position: Regional Sales Manager (Lagos Region)

Qualifications:

1. B.sc, HND
(Additional qualifications and membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage)

2. Experience in similar industry ( FMCG i.e., Tobacco, Brewing Industry, and confessionary)
3. 10 years to 15 years experience ( Last position must be at senior level i.e., Regional Manager, Area Sales or Divisional sales Manager)
4. Must have good knowledge of product sales, promo management, dealers and retailers mapping strategies
5. Must have evidence in managing not less than 50 sales people both permanent and ad hoc staff

Career Mapping: Next Level: National Sales Manager

Remuneration: N 2,400,000.00 – N 2,760,000.00 per annum

Other Benefits: Official Car + driver
End of year bonus (Strictly based on performance)
