Qualifications/Job Description

  • BSc/BA from any reputable university, possession of any relevant professional certification
  • At least 8 years post qualification experience
  • Property Maintenance
  • Coordinating the security unit of the organization
  • Day to day running of the General office
  • Attend to in-coming and outgoing mails
  • Responsible for administrative issues: Vehicle maintenance, Power/Telephone, Medical Bills
  • Coordination, Preparation and issuance of offer letters for new staff
  • Coordination of office
  • Responsible for all staff issues
  • Procuring of all office requirements
  • Coordinating all travels arrangements (local & international)
  • Organizing and coordinating all staff quarterly and other meetings
  • Making travelling arrangements and handling travel documents for the office
  • General/Equipment Maintenance
