Qualifications/Job Description
- BSc/BA from any reputable university, possession of any relevant professional certification
- At least 8 years post qualification experience
- Property Maintenance
- Coordinating the security unit of the organization
- Day to day running of the General office
- Attend to in-coming and outgoing mails
- Responsible for administrative issues: Vehicle maintenance, Power/Telephone, Medical Bills
- Coordination, Preparation and issuance of offer letters for new staff
- Coordination of office
- Responsible for all staff issues
- Procuring of all office requirements
- Coordinating all travels arrangements (local & international)
- Organizing and coordinating all staff quarterly and other meetings
- Making travelling arrangements and handling travel documents for the office
- General/Equipment Maintenance
