Job Title: Channel Operations Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for managing project at multi-location and multi-state level to ensure the achievement of set business objectives including; but not limited to meeting sales targets, managing customer and partner relationships, and expanding opportunities within or outside the sales channel.
- Lead and supervise the effective implementation of the business model on the ground in assigned regions
- Consistently identify success factors within current operations, report same upward and implement such activities as approved
- Consistently identify things that are not working within assigned regions and work closely with New Channels Manager to resolve same
- Replicate updated/refined business model in new locations as assigned and make suggestions to adapt operating model/structure if required
- Synthesize field observations into insights that can be utilized to improve operations and better achieve business objectives
- Supervise field team effectively and take responsibility for their daily activities and overall team performance within assigned region
Work Skills
- Ability to effectively deploy project strategies and customer oriented growth initiatives
- Strong communication and multi-relationship management skills
- Good Project Management and reporting skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong commercial acumen/ business decision making
- Effective time management skills
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Business / Marketing / Sales Degree or relevant experience
- A record of having supervised field sales operations or trade brand building for a non-FMCG or FMCG brand
- 4 - 7 years Sales/Brand Building/Business Development experience
- 2 - 3 years Field Sales management and/or Project Lead experience
- Track record of successfully managing multi-level relationships within and outside employers’ company
- Clear understanding of sales channel and business partner structures
- Work experience 4 - 6 years
