    JOB @ A HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY (ABUJA)
    A new ultra-modern hotel in the Federal Capital Territory requires QUALIFIED, COMPETENT and EXPERIENCED individuals to fill the following positions
    GENERAL MANAGER: Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Caterning & Hotel Management, or an MBA (Finance & Admin.), with a minimum of 5 years working experience as GM in reputable hotels. Candidates should not be older than 40 years of age and must be computer literate.
    OPERATIONS MANAGERS/NIGHT MANAGERS: Applicants should have a first degree or an HND in Catering & Hotel Management or in other related disciplines with at least 5 years cognate experience in reputable hotels. Applicants should not be more than 35 years of age. Computer literacy is highly essential.
    FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER: Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management with at least 3 years cognate experience in food, banqueting and beverage services of reputable hotels. Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age and must be computer literate.
    RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS/BAR SUPERVISORS: Minimum of BSc/HND in Catering 8 Hotel Management or related discipline required, with not less than 4 years cognate experience.
    WAITERS &WAITRESSES/BARMEN & BARMAIDS: Applicants must be holders of OND/HND Catering & Hotel Management with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
    FRONT OFFICE MANAGER: Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management/Social Sciences/Business Admin. and a minimum of 4 years cognate working experience. Candidates must also have progressive career history through Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and Accounting functions. They should not be older than 35 years of age and must be computer literate.
    FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISORS: Minimum of BSc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or in any other relevant disciplines required, with not less than 3 years cognate experience.
    RECEPTIONISTS/GUEST SERVICE AGENTS: Minimum of OND/HND in Catering & Hotel Management, Business Admin. or in the Social Sciences, with not less than 3 years cognate experience. Candidates must have very good looks with excellent communicative ability, and good interpersonal skills. Strong physical stamina and ability to work under pressure indispensable.
    BUSINESS CENTRE OPERATORS: Candidates must be confidential secretaries having OND/HND in Secretarial Administration with about 5 years post qualification experience. Possession of excellent knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, CorelDraw with ability to perform complex secretarial functions at supersonic speed is obligatory. Age range between 25-35 years.
    BELL BOYS: Candidates must possess SSCE/GCE(OIL), WASC, or OND in Catering & Hotel Management or in any other relevant disciplines with about 3 years working experience.
    EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER: Applicants must possess a BSc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management with a minimum of 4 years cognate working experience. Applicants should not be more than 35 years of age.
    HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS: Minimum of OND/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or in any other relevant disciplines required, with not less than 3 years cognate experience.
    ROOM ATTENDANTS: Possession of SSCE/GCE OIL, WASC or OND in Catering &Hotel Management or any other relevant disciplines required, with not less than 2 years working experience in reputable hotels.
    LAUNDRY MANAGER: Applicants must possess a BSc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or in any other relevant qualifications, with a minimum of 4 years cognate working experience in reputable hotels. Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age.
    LAUNDRY SUPERVISORS: Minimum of OND/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or in any other relevant discipline required, with not less than 3 years cognate experience in reputable hotels.
    LAUNDRY ATTENDANTS (WASHERS & PRESSERS): Possession of SSCE/GCE (OIL), WASC or OND in Catering &Hotel Management or in any other relevant disciplines, with not less than 3 years working experience.
    EXECUTIVE CHEF: Applicants must possess an HND in Catering & Hotel Management,/Food Science/Nutrition or in any other equivalent disciplines, with at least 4 years working experience as Executive Chef. Candidates should not be more than 40 years of age and must be exceptionally good in the preparation of LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL dishes.
    SOUS CHEF: Candidates must possess an OND or its equivalent in Catering & Hotel/Food Science/Nutrition etc, with a minimum of 3 years working experience. Applicants should not be older than 35 years of age and must be able to assist the Executive Chef or deputize for him/her.
    COOKS (MALE/FEMALE): Applicants should possess a minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualifications with not less than 2 years experience in the handling of local and international dishes. Candidates should not be more than 25 years old.
    KITCHEN ASSISTANTS: Applicants should have SSCE/GCE (O/L), or WASC, or basic education, flair for cooking plus practical experience. Applicants should not be less than 18 years old.
    CHIEF STEWARD: Applicants must possess OND/HND in Catering & Hotel Management or any other relevant qualifications, with at least 4 years working experience in reputable hotels.
    KITCHEN STEWARDS: Applicants should have SSCE/GCE (OIL), or WASC, with at least 2 years relevant experience. Possession of very good physical stamina plus ability to work under pressure will be an added advantage.
    PASTRY CHEF: Applicants must possess an HND or equivalent qualifications in Catering & Hotel Management/Food Science/Nutrition etc. with at least 4 years working experience as baker of assorted pastry products. Ability to produce the best quality of SHAWAMA, SUYA etc. will be a knock-out advantage. Candidates should not be older than 40 years of age.
    PASTRY COOKS: Candidates should possess OND in Catering & Hotel Management or equivalents with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as bakers of assorted pastry products. Ability to produce the best quality of SHAWAMA, SUYA etc. will be a knock-out advantage Candidates should not be older than 35 years of age.
    HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: Candidates must have a good first degree, preferably in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management/Social Sciences with 5 years working experience in similar position. Possession of an MBA and membership of relevant professional bodies will be added advantages. Candidates should not be more than 40 years of age and must be able to use computer software e.g. Microsoft Word. E-mail. Microsoft Outlook. the Internet. Microsoft Access etc.
    HUMAN RESOURCE/TRAINING OFFICERS: Candidates should have a good degree or an HND in any of the Social Science with a minimum of 4 years working experience in an HR/TRG function of reputable hotels. Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age and must be able to conduct effective training needs assessment of staff and, thereafter develop/organize training programmes to address the identified needs. Computer literacy highly essential.
    DRIVERS: Applicants who should have valid current Driving License, must be experienced professional drivers with SSCE/GCE (OIL)/WASC educational background, with at least 5 years clean record of driving service in reputable hotel environments.
    MAINTENANCE MANAGER; Degree/HND in Electrical & Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering required, with not less than 5 years in maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical equipment in the hospitality industry. Possession of exemplary managerial skills will be an added advantage. Candidates should have adequate knowledge of handling of A/C, Electrical Equipment, Boilers, and Water Treatment plants.
    MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: OND/HND in Electrical & Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with about 2-3 years in maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical equipment in the hospitality industry, Possession of exemplary managerial skills will be an added advantage. Candidates should have Plumbing adequate knowledge of handling of A/C, Electrical Equipment, Water Treatment plants etc.
    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS: (Electrical/Electronics, Telephone Maintenance, Refrigeration, & Air Conditioning): Minimum of National Diploma/City & Guild, Government Trade Test Certificates, or equivalent qualifications required, with at least 3-5 years working experience in relevant positions in reputable hotels.
    CHIEF ACCOUNTANT: Minimum of BSc/HND in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, or other Finance related disciplines with possession of ICAN(ACA) qualifications and at least 8 years cognate experience. Must be computer literate with possession of accounting Software experience as well as Microsoft Excel. Candidates must possess exemplary managerial capability.
    MANAGER (F&A)/MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT: Minimum of BSc/HND in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, or other Finance related disciplines required with possession of ICAN Professional I or II qualifications and at least 5 years cognate experience. Must be computer literate with possession of accounting Software experience as well as of Microsoft Excel. Must possess sound knowledge of Human Resources/Office Management. Age range is between 30-35 years old.
    ACCOUNTS CLERKS: (F&B Cost Controller/Analyst/Receivable/Payable/Paymaster) Minimum of OND in Accountancy/Banking & Finance required, with not less than 5 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
    OUTLET CASHIERS: Minimum of OND in Accountancy/Banking & Finance with not less than 3 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
    INTERNAL AUDITORS: Possession of BSc/HND in Accountancy/Banking & Finance, MBA, ACA, ACIB highly essential with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience. Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of computerize auditing and accounting, very good analytical skills, finance control, risk management, and internal auditing.
    NIGHT AUDITORS: Minimum of OND/HND in Accounting Banking & Finance, Economics or Statistics with not less than years in a relevant position in the hospitality industry.
    INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER: Candidates must possess a minimum of BSc in Computer Science/Compute Engineering/ Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 8 years cognate experience in reputable hotels.
    RECEIVING/STORES & PURCHASING OFFICERS: Minimum of BSc/HND in Purchasing & Supplies, Business Admin, or Marketing required with about 3-5 years cognate experience ii the hospitality industry.
    SALES & MARKETING MANAGER: Candidates must possess BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or in other related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years in Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.
    SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES: Candidates must possess a BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or ii other related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years in Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry. –
    FREELANCE SALES OFFICERS: Applicants must possess a BSc/ HND preferably. Business Administration or in other related disciplines. Applicants must have the following qualities: an aggressive sales drive, a positive attitude to work, and ability to meet and exceed sales targets, self motivation etc. Attractive commission awaits the successful candidates.
    CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER: Candidates must possess a firs degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities with no less than 5 years working experience as CSO in the Hospitality Industry. Must have military paramilitary or police background.
    SECURITY SUPERVISOR: Candidates should possess minimum of OND/HND in any related disciplines with at least years experience in reputable Security Outfits or hotels. Applicants must have military/paramilitary or police background.
    SECURITY OPERATIVES: A minimum of SSCE/GCE/WAEC with not less than 3 years working experience. Possession of military/paramilitary or police background will be an added advantage.
    GYM SUPERVISOR: Candidates must possess an OND/HND in Physical Health Education or in any other related disciplines with at least 4 years working experience in the Hospitality Industry Possession of a very good physical stamina is mandatory. Ag range: 30- 35years.
    GYM/POOL ATTENDANTS: Applicants must have at Ieast SSCE/GCE (OIL), WASC with not less than 3 years in relevant position in the Gym/Pool of reputable hotels. Possession of a vefl good physical stamina is mandatory. Age range: 25 30 years.
    NURSING SISTER: Minimum of RN or RM or any other relevant qualifications required with at least 4-5 years working experience, preferably in the Clinic of reputable hotels.
