VACANCY FOR THE POST OF A MALE ADMINISTRATIVE/LEGAL EXECUTIVE

A highly established company in Ikeja require the services of an Administrative/Legal Executive.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a simplified acquisition program for supplies and services

  • Write and administer complex vendor, client, and employment contracts.

  • Coordinates services and supplies
  • Property and Space Management
  • Organization Management
  • Physical Security
  • Vendor payment
  • Organize and follow-up the maintenance and repairs on premises and offices equipment.
  • Follow up on process payment

  • Develop and recommend company policy and positions on legal matters.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated law suits.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies on matters affecting the interest of the company.
  • Write, review and edit reports, correspondence, and other documents.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be reliable, energetic with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must be able to train others
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays inclusive
  • Must be able to stay late in case of irregular operations.
  • Must be a Male
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Must have customer service knowledge
  • Must be computer literate

QUALIFICATION

Must have a minimum qualification of a Bachelors Degree and a background in LLB Law is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2years experience in Administration of a corporate organization
