I spoke 2 d man wit discretion. He said their is a panel in charge. Only them knw d reason 4 askin d address. He said his own ws jst 2 call. He dint really wnt 2 say much.

@alagada: ok,sent it into ur inbox. I learnt the senate comfirmed d chairman today. He now has full power as d chairman & he wants ICPC office in all d 36 states
