Job Description:
a. Human Resource
Talent recruitment and management
Handle the post selection & on boarding process including immigration
Performance management by way of reviewing actual vs. KRAs for the key management staff at midyear & annually
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Organize internal quarterly business meets (ROPEs) and follow up on business objectives with Business Heads
Maintain the company calendar complete with yearly group events and plan expat staff leaves
Maintain the global health insurance policy for key staff including claim settlement
Organize internal and external trainings & any other company events
Handle all HR matters related to nationals including but not limited to recruitment, legal contracts, post selection process, salaries, loans, expenses, queries, etc.
Review staff salaries and performance for nationals and release yearly increments in consultation with the departmental heads
Deal with employee grievances in a legally compliant manner
b. Admin
Oversee the contracting, hiring and management of all casual staff such as cleaners, security etc.
Participate and coordinate all activities of the Housing Committee responsible for housing arrangements for new and existing expatriate staff.
Maintain complete database of car fleet & house allocation, existing & planned updating the management with requisitions and/ or sale of existing assets
Miscellaneous activities related to office & staff management
