HEAD, CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT & TALENT SOURCINGThe incumbent will be responsible for both company's training function and third party consultancy training, using knowledge of the principles and methods of curriculum and training organization.Responsibilities include:Undertake marketing of training programme to clients that are relevant to various courses, workshops or seminars on continuous basisDesigning and developing training and development programmes based on the requirements of clients.Conduct evaluation of the performance of instructors and the result of the training programs; make recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the training; Designing and Implementation of business marketing strategy to attract suitable clients for, the various training and technical recruitment services rendered by the company.QualificationsFirst degree in social sciences/engineering or sciences.
