Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports for managers to analyze and use to make decisions.
  • Assess how much tax the organization must pay.
  • Handles miscellaneous expenses.
  • Payment of staff workers salary.
  • Monthly reconciliation of all bank statement.
  • Manage account payable and receivable.
  • Accepts and clear cheque receive.
  • work in any office environment and can travel on behalf of the organization to attain its growth and development
  • In conclusion, assist management in achieving organization's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain proper accounting entries / records. Prepare compute input on sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, receivable and inventory.
  • To receive suppliers invoice, verify, record and process for payment.
  • Monitor customers' Credit Limit & activities.
  • To handle trouble shooting job relating to computers.
  • Maintain control / log of assets allocation / depreciation of Assets.
  • To input data for payroll in the system and dispatch the pay slips to the Branches.
  • Responsibility over cash movement in / out and spot-checking. Responsibility over banking transactions and preparation of bank reconciliation.
  • Communicates or assists in communicating the status and results of projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Advises management and performs assigned tasks to provide reasonable assurance as to the reliability and integrity of information; compliance with policies, processes, management guidelines, agreed contracts with third parties and Government laws and regulations, safeguarding of company assets, economic use of resources, accomplishment of corporate objectives, risk management and best practice processes.
  • Collaborates with business unit managers to advise on matters concerning the Company’s risks, controls, and best practice.
  • Operates internal control and risk reporting systems to ensure fluid, transparent, and effective financial management.
  • Prepares financial models for feasibility and projected returns analyses.
  • Accounts for and controls disbursement of funds for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conducts operational and financial audits of company business units.
  • Performs evaluation studies to ensure new procedures are implemented.
  • Administers payroll system.
  • Reports on special reviews and identifies risks and opportunities related to internal and external operations and develops recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintains all organizational and professional codes of ethical standards.


Qualifications and Requirements;
  • Bachelor’s degree,OND/HND from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduate degrees and managerial certifications will add value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic is essential (fluency in written and oral English is a plus)
  • Extensive skill using accounting software and corporate dashboard technologies
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Extensive skill in using a computer with word processing, spreadsheet and other business software (i.e. MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analyses.
  • Extensive training and experience in financial management, modeling, and advisory.
  • Knowledge of the terminology, concepts, and practices in the real estate, hospitality, logistics, agricultural, consumables, technology, and mining sectors.
  • Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Considerable skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Skill in negotiating issues and resolving problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment.
  • Must be residing in Lagos and ibadan.
