A consulting firm requires the services of a qualified and experienced candidate for this position and the candidates must be a lagos and ibadan residence.

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Financial Officer to join our Management team. With a strong foundation based on integrity, teamwork and innovation, the broad purpose of this position is to manage and oversee the financial operations of the Company.
  • The successful applicant will be able to develop a good understanding of the business processes, as well as drive and assist with continuous improvement and innovations.




Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Chief Financial Officer
  • Define the Strategic direction for the finance
  • Direct and coordinate the Financial Accounting, Management Accounting.
  • Manage the Company's finance functions including accounting, planning/budgeting, tax, financial report
  • Oversee the production of monthly reports including management Accounts, reconciliations, financial statements and cash flow projections
  • Internal Auditing of the company’s policies and procedures to identify compliance and improvements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory authorities.
  • Ensure all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with




Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a year minimum experience in a structured organization.
  • Professional membership of ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage
